Justin is a highly experienced Property & Development and Corporate lawyer. 

 

Justin has spent the majority of his career working at leading International and Australian law firms, including leading international law firms Norton Rose Fulbright (under its previous name) and Coudert Brothers and leading Australian law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth.  As a partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Justin was the Head of the Property Department. 

 

Justin has extensive experience with all aspects of real property related transactions in the Australian market, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposal of property based assets.  Having a corporate/commercial background prior to specialising in real property related transactions, Justin has particular expertise in structuring, negotiating and advising on property joint ventures, project and other financing and in project delivery models.

In recent years, Justin has gained significant experience in acting on both the sale and acquisition of aggregated property sites, involving groups of ‘flat land’ neighbours in areas to be rezoned for higher density redevelopment who wish to sell their houses or commercial/industrial properties in one line to a single purchaser, typically a Property Development firm.

 

Justin also has expertise and experience in commercial asset and share sales and commercial joint ventures.
