We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, which are contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

External service providers, agents and contractors might store their data inside and/or outside Australia.  We use cloud-based computing services including cloud-based email, document storage and practice management software.  Therefore emails, documents and your personal information may be stored on servers located inside and/or outside Australia.  While external service providers often will be subject to privacy and confidentiality obligations, these may vary and the level of protection of information afforded may not be the same as in the country in which the information is collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed.  In addition, Kuessner Arthur will disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law and may disclose your personal information if it is permitted under the Privacy Act.
